7. Tasseled Wobbegong
There are sharks like the great white and the hammerhead, and those sharks seem to have a smooth exterior. This shark however, just reminds you of an ugly carpet you probably had at home somewhere. Meet the tasseled wobbegong, a kind of carpet shark that lives in the coral reefs in northern Australia, as well as New Guinea and other nearby islands. It gets its name from its physical appearance, like a carpet, only with sets of teeth.
