14. King Cobra
And onto another kind of cobra, this time, one of the most regal of them all. The king cobra. This snake is found in Southeast Asia and in the forests of India. The king cobra is the longest venomous snake, with a length measuring up to 18.5 to 18.7 feet long. One bite from a king cobra is enough to inject 200 to 500 milligrams of venom, the toxins of which affect the central nervous system, causing paralysis, and later on, death via respiratory failure.
