2. A Honey Badger’s Jaw Will Not Dislocate
The muscles of the Honey Badger’s jaw are arranged in a way that make it pretty much impossible to dislocate.
What does this mean?
Essentially, it means that if they bite down on something, they will never need to let go. No matter how violently you try to get the Honey Badger to release, it won’t happen. Unfortunately, for the Badger, in order to get this unbelievable jaw strength, they had to sacrifice their jaw mobility. As such, they can only move their jaw up, down, left and right – there are no in-between directions that they can shift their chompers.
