4. Mr. Ed

The star of a tv series back in the early to the middle of the 60’s with the same name, about a talking horse. Although realistically, the horse doesn’t talk and is voiced by former Western star Allan Lane, everyone knew Mr. Ed to be one. The show only lasted for six seasons, and unfortunately by 1968, the horse had died. Although the cause of death varies as some say the horse was euthanized because of poor health, while others would say that he had been given too much tranquilizer, resulting in his death a few hours later.
