6. A Strange Behavioural Twist

No, your eyes are not tricking you! In a very short span of time, the baby baboon has gotten very comfortable with his new-found mother and even tries to suckle with her! Aww. What does this image suggest? Does this prove the possibility of having a healthy relationship between different species of the animal kingdom? Or does it only suggest this particular lioness developing a strong bond with her baby, baby baboon that is. We don’t know for sure. What’s certain though is that the little primate is safe and sound. Well, at least for now.
